How To Withdraw Money From Betfred

All withdrawals (including Neteller and Skrill) are subject to our standard security checks and can take up to 48 hours to be processed.

Due to Card Scheme Rules and Anti Money Laundering Regulations wherever possible withdrawals will be paid back to the deposing method, if this is not possible Betfred.com reserves the right to request additional documents.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel multiple withdrawals via the same withdrawal method on the same day, and process as one singular transaction on that day.

Before a withdrawal is authorised, Betfred.com reserve the right to ask for:

A copy of both sides of the card you wish to use or an E-wallet statement.
A copy of a valid driver's license or passport with photograph of you.
A recent copy (within 3 months) of a bank statement or household bill for you

When you make a deposit or withdrawal with Betfred.com your transactions will show on your bank statement. These transactions will either show as Betfred or Petfre

How to Withdraw Funds Using your Debit Card

Log in to your account and click on the Withdraw link. If you deposited funds by UK Debit Card you can withdraw some or all of your balance by making an online withdrawal straight back to your card.

Select how much you wish to have paid back into your bank account, and we will credit the card which you used to deposit the funds.

The funds may take about three days to reach your bank account due to standard bank clearance procedures.

Free Withdrawals

Withdrawals to debit cards are free of charge.

UK Issued MasterCard and Visa

If you have used a UK issued credit card as your method of deposit, all withdrawals will be credited to the credit card account which was used for the original deposit.

Non-UK Issued Credit Cards

Visa

For Visa cards issued in other countries, Betfred.com will make payment to the credit card account which was used for the original deposit where the issuer allows it.

MasterCard

We cannot process any withdrawals to an International MasterCard. If you deposited funds using an International MasterCard, Betfred.com will process your withdrawal to an alternative method.

Customers may have to provide Betfred.com with documentation before any alternate method can be used to return funds:

A copy of the front and back of all cards on the account.
A copy of your passport.
A copy of a recent bank statement.

Neteller

All customers who have used Neteller as their method of deposit will have their winnings paid back to their Neteller account. Betfred.com does not charge customers for withdrawals to their Neteller account, providing that deposits have been played through at least once.

All other withdrawals will be subject to a 2% fee.

How to Withdraw Funds Using Neteller

To make a withdrawal using Neteller, select Funds Transfer on the withdrawal section of My Account and follow the on-screen instructions.

Paypal

All customers who have used PayPal as their method of deposit will have their winnings paid back to their PayPal account.

Betfred.com will not charge customers for withdrawals to their PayPal account.

How to Withdraw Funds Using PayPal

To make a withdrawal, select 'Withdraw funds' from the 'My Account' menu on this website, click on the button next to 'PayPal', and submit the amount to you wish to withdraw. Your request will be processed within 48 hours of being made subject to satisfactory completion of security checks.

Skrill

All customers who have used Skrill as their method of deposit will have their winnings paid back to their Skrill account.

To make a withdrawal, select 'Withdraw funds' from the 'My Account' menu on this website. If you have more than one method for withdrawal active on your account, make sure you select 'Skrill wallet' by clicking on the button next to it. Enter your Betfred.com password and the amount of money you wish to withdraw then click the 'Withdraw' button.

If the transaction limit is validated the payment is sent to our finance team for processing. An authorisation message will appear confirming the funds have been withdrawn.

All withdrawals from your Betfred.com account to your Skrill account are free of charge.
